Early Childhood

3 Years - Kindergarten

St. Nicholas of Tolentine School’s early childhood program is designed to nurture the whole child during the most critical years of development. Students engage in hands-on, play-based learning that builds early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills in a structured, faith-filled environment.

Curriculum focuses on phonics, early reading, handwriting, number sense, and foundational math concepts, alongside science exploration and creative expression. Daily routines emphasize independence, cooperation, and respect, while faith formation introduces prayer, kindness, and an understanding of God’s love. Young learners grow confident, curious, and ready for elementary success.

Middle School

Sixth Grade - Eighth Grade

St. Nick’s middle school program offers rigorous, high-school-preparatory coursework designed to challenge students academically while supporting their growth as leaders and independent learners. Advanced math, science, humanities, and religion courses strengthen analytical thinking, research skills, and written and oral communication.

Students take on greater responsibility for their learning through project-based work, presentations, and collaborative problem solving. Faith formation continues to play a central role, encouraging reflection, service, and ethical decision-making. Combined with leadership opportunities and fine arts participation, middle school students graduate prepared for success in competitive high school environments and beyond.

Faith Formation

All Grades

Faith is at the heart of the St. Nick’s experience. Students actively grow in their relationship with God through preparation for the sacraments of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation, along with a strong religion curriculum rooted in Catholic teachings.

Our students participate in weekly Mass and weekly Holy Rosary, fostering a consistent and meaningful prayer life. Throughout the year, traditions like the Passion Play and Las Posadas bring faith to life, allowing students to experience and celebrate the richness of our Catholic heritage in a joyful and engaging way.
